Rate Schedule 2, single-family residential, effective October 31, 2025: $10.00 customer charge plus $1.41220 per therm. Wilsonville's gas franchise ordinance sets a franchise fee of five percent of gross revenue, and under Oregon's rule the part above 3% is charged to customers in the city as a separate line on their bills. These are the tariff's listed rates; the tariff says actual billing rates may differ because of applicable adjustments. NW Natural has filed for new Oregon residential rates taking effect October 31, 2026, so gas bills will likely go up after that; they are not included here.
