About
Who makes this
We started this after trying to decide on our own city council race and finding almost nothing about the candidates. We're a small, independent group. No money from candidates, campaigns or parties, and we never tell you how to vote. Every claim links to its public source, so you can check it yourself.
“You have developed a great tool that can inform the vote in a way that voters will lean into.”
What's here
- Local voter guides: candidates for mayor and city council, ballot measures and a match quiz, each claim linked to a public record. How the guides work.
- Home costs by city: what a home pays each year in property tax, water, sewer, garbage, power and insurance, from city and county records.
- POTUS, a separate political satire game. Nothing in the guides or home-cost pages is fiction.
