Electricity: Portland General Electric (PGE)
PGE Schedule 7 residential prices effective July 8, 2026: $13.00 basic charge for 1-phase service, 19.29 cents per kWh for the first 2,000 kWh and 20.40 cents above, plus $1.24 a month (Schedule 115) and $2.76 per bill (Schedule 118). The effective rate excludes the 1.5% public purpose charge and any privilege or local taxes.

Gas: NW Natural
NW Natural Rate Schedule 2, single-family residential, effective October 31, 2025: $10.00 customer charge plus $1.41220 per therm. NW Natural's site says residential rates take effect October 31, 2026 with a combined increase of about $6.30 a month at 54 therms; the new rates are not included here.
