Trash service and the Waste Pro settlement

Where it standsThe city settled its lawsuit against hauler Waste Pro and is returning the money to residents through the tax roll; a non-binding question on twice-weekly pickup is on the Nov. 3 ballot.

Growth and road (mobility) fees
