One flat yearly assessment per dwelling unit on the tax bill ($482.16 for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2026), shown here per month. The 2026-27 tax bill also carries a one-time Waste Pro settlement credit of $364 (owners since 2022) or $64.

Call 772-871-1775 and press 5 to exchange your cart for a different size (one-time fee of $75).

Ways to pay less

• Bulk items are picked up once a month. Port St. Lucie collects bulk waste such as furniture, mattresses and appliances once a month on your regular pickup day, up to 2 cubic yards. How: Put it at the curb on your pickup day; check your day on the City's collection map.
