Ways to pay less
- Ask for a leak adjustment. After an unexpected water leak or line break, the city will consider an adjustment to your bill once repairs are made. How: Complete the city's Request for Water Leak Adjustment Form.
- Irrigation meter: water in winter without raising sewer. An optional residential irrigation meter lets you water through the winter months without it affecting your sewer rate. A licensed plumber must install it. How: Fill out the irrigation meter application or call Utility Billing at (210) 619-1100.
