- Water efficient landscape rebate: $1 per square foot. The Town offers $1.00 per square foot up to $1,500 for removing turf, and up to $500 of the total cost of irrigation equipment upgrades. Sites with recycled water do not qualify, and a pre-approval inspection is required before work starts. How: Email water.smart1@scwa.ca.gov or call (707) 547-1909 for a pre-approval appointment.
- Sewer is capped at your winter average water use. Wastewater Winter Averaging calculates wastewater charges based on the average amount of water used at your residence during the Winter months from December to March. The winter average (sewer cap) is the maximum amount billed, and it becomes effective on July 1st of each year. How: See the Town of Windsor Winter Average (Sewer Cap) page for details.
