Warehouses and industrial growth
Where it standsIn July 2025 the council approved the Tracy Hills Commerce Center, about 1.73 million sq. ft. of warehouses, on a 3-2 vote after the Planning Commission rejected it.

Water rates and repairs

Council pay
Where it standsOn Sept. 1, 2026 the council voted unanimously to keep pay at $1,900 a month for council members and $2,100 for the mayor.
