California Water Service (Palos Verdes)

Cal Water's Palos Verdes residential schedule (PV-LAR-1-R): a monthly service charge by meter size plus four tiers per CCF (1-6, 7-17, 18-25, over 25), rates as filed for October 1, 2026, plus two per-CCF surcharges: the Peninsula Water Reliability Project surcharge ($0.2832 per CCF for 24 months starting April 1, 2025) and the Palos Verdes M-WRAM surcharge ($0.5826 per CCF from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027).

Sewer

Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 5, which encompasses all or portions of Rancho Palos Verdes, charges $215.82 per sewage unit for 2026-27. The County's Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District (CSMD), which operates and maintains the City's sewer system apart from the Abalone Cove system, charges $78.50 per sewage unit for July 2026 to June 2027. District No. 5's ordinance provides for collecting its service charges on the tax roll.
