Atmos Mid-Tex Rate R for customers under the RRM tariff, bills from Oct 1, 2026: $24.40 a month ($24.35 customer charge plus a $0.05 CEE surcharge) plus $1.03839 per Ccf, plus gas cost under Rider GCR ($0.26375 and $0.58642 per Ccf in Atmos's average-bill example). Franchise fee and tax riders are added on top.
