- About 70% of the supply comes from Lake Texana and the Lower Colorado River via the Mary Rhodes Pipeline; the rest from Choke Canyon Reservoir and Lake Corpus Christi on the Nueces River.

- 90th-percentile lead was 1.7 ppb in 2023 testing (action level 15 ppb), with no sites above it; no lead was found in active residential service lines.
Sewer
Single-family wastewater inside city limits: $38.29 a month minimum (up to 2,000 gallons) plus $8.41 per 1,000 gallons above 2,000, up to a $231.72 monthly maximum at 25,000 gallons. The volume is your winter quarter average: average water use in December, January and February (the January, February and March bills).

Ways to pay less
- Help paying the city utility bill (Project One Water). Project One Water, run with Mission 911, helps eligible City of Corpus Christi utility customers who show financial need or hardship pay their utility bill. How: Call Mission 911 at 361-882-0911.
- Help with the storm water fee. Residents who qualify can apply for the Municipal Drainage Assistance Program. How: Call the storm water department at 361-561-1100.
