Smyrna trash pickup: cost and carts
Not a Town service: a private hauler subscription, or Rutherford County's convenience centers. Private trash companies, by contract with each property owner.
Smyrna has no Town trash service, so a private hauler's bill is not counted here. Add your hauler's price, or use the county convenience center.
Changing your cart
Ask your private hauler: refuse collection is provided by private companies through contracts with individual property owners.
Ways to pay less
- Smyrna Natural Gas rebates for gas appliances. Smyrna Natural Gas's residential rebate sheet lists $50 for replacing an existing gas furnace or water heater, and says existing buildings with no prior rebates can qualify with one gas unit when replacing electric or propane equipment. Supporting documentation is required. How: Use the Smyrna Natural Gas rebate request form on the Town's gas department page; supporting documentation such as the sales receipt and codes inspection is required.
