Ways to pay less
- Had a leak? Ask for the one-time leak adjustment. Edina gives residential customers a one-time adjustment when a leak or pipe break doubles water use over the property's 4-year average for that quarter. How: Fix it permanently, then submit the City's online Leak Adjustment Request Form with repair receipts within 90 days of the bill's due date.
