City of Sunrise Outside City - Weston (ITDD) residential water rates, October 2026, which reflect the 20% credit for Indian Trace Development District customers: $28.30 for monthly base facility (minimum charge whether service is on or off), plus Tier 1 0 to 4,000 gallons $5.27, Tier 2 5,000 to 8,000 gallons $7.27, Tier 3 9,000 to 12,000 gallons $8.29, Tier 4 13,000 to 16,000 gallons $11.05 and Tier 5 17,000 gallons and above $13.84. Accounts are opened and billed by the City of Sunrise.

Source: Groundwater from Biscayne Aquifer wells 70 to 90 feet deep. Weston buys its water from the City of Sunrise, which treats it at the Sawgrass Water Treatment Plant with membrane softening and disinfection.
Lead: Tap sampling at thirty locations in July 2023: 90th percentile lead 0.722 ppb against a 15 ppb action level, with no sites over it.
Service lines: The city's service line survey identified no lead, galvanized-requiring-replacement or lead-status-unknown service lines.
Fluoride: The City of Sunrise stopped adding fluoride on July 1, 2025.
