Brevard County sewer, Residential A (single-family homes), 2026 rates: a $32.79 monthly base charge plus $6.93 per 1,000 gallons, to a maximum of 12,000 gallons. The county's South Beaches plant serves Satellite Beach.

Ways to pay less

  • Leak or pool fill: Brevard County sewer credit. Brevard County gives a sewer credit for a water service leak or a pool fill, for customers on the county sewer system whatever their water provider. It covers part of the sewer usage charge, not the monthly base charge; pool fill credits are limited to one in 12 months. How: Send the county's sewer credit form within 60 days of a leak (with a plumber's bill or a repair certification) or within 30 days of filling the pool.
