Town of Davie Utilities
Town of Davie single-family rates in the FY 2026 column of the rate ordinance: a monthly base rate plus a charge per 1,000 gallons that steps up above 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 and 50,000 gallons. The ordinance raises base rates and volume charges each year from October 1, 2026 by the Miami-Fort Lauderdale CPI change or 5%, whichever is greater.
