Ways to pay less
- Income-qualified: free electric appliance installation (REAP). The Residential Electrification Assistance Program directly installs new electric appliances to replace old gas ones and is free to income-qualified REU customers, tenants or homeowners. Customers enrolled in the Residential Energy Discount automatically qualify. How: Visit shhip.org or call 530.378.6900.
