City of La Habra Water Division
Monthly fixed charge by meter size ($22.21 for a 5/8" meter from 1/1/2025) plus a variable charge per hundred cubic feet (ccf), where one ccf equals 748 gallons; residential rates are Tier 1 (0-8 ccf), Tier 2 (9-16 ccf) and Tier 3 (17+ ccf).

Sewer
Single-family homes pay a fixed monthly amount per dwelling unit plus a variable rate per ccf of water consumed, capped at 20 ccf a month, under the rates effective August 1, 2026.
