Monthly base charge for a 5/8 x ¾ inch meter of $41.43 plus $13.30 per hcf for 1-4 hcf, $19.76 for 5-8 hcf and $23.93 for 9 or more hcf, effective January 19, 2026.

The City’s 2020 notice lists $1,344 per account or unit per year for a Residential Single Family in 2024-25, the last year in its schedule ($1,980 for a Residential Single Family w/ADU); the Granada Sanitary District provides sewer collection for residents of Half Moon Bay north of Frenchman’s Creek, so this figure is for the city’s sewer area south of the creek only.
