Barbara Leary (Councilmember, District 4) is not on the Nov 3, 2026 ballot and will stay on the Folsom City Council after the election.
First council member to represent District 4, elected in November 2024, after 31 years at UC Davis Medical Center. She has served on the Folsom Planning Commission.
