Sewer
Hamilton County WWTA bills sewer on metered water use: $20.45 per 1,000 gallons for the first 100,000 gallons a month from October 1, 2026, plus an $8 monthly Private Service Lateral Program fee for gravity-sewer customers. Tennessee American Water customers get a separate sewer invoice from ENCO Utility Service.
Ways to pay less
- Cut your stormwater fee up to 50%. Single-family lot owners get a 25% credit on the stormwater utility fee for a rain garden and 25% for rainwater harvesting, up to 50% of the fee. How: Submit the credit application to the Red Bank Stormwater Manager.
