Ways to pay less

  • Concealed water leak? Ask WADC for an adjustment. The Water Authority of Dickson County adjusts bills only for a concealed water leak: one under the ground, under a slab or inside a masonry wall. Leaks from faucets, toilets, appliances or pools, and visible pooling, do not qualify. How: Submit a written notice of disputed bill under oath, on the Authority's form, with a copy of the disputed bill, in person or by certified mail.
