City of Gresham wastewater, 2026 rates: a $43.66 monthly residential charge per dwelling unit plus $0.85 per unit of your winter water average (October to April), set each July for the year. Rates rise on January 1, 2027.

Ways to pay less
- Stormwater fee discount. Homeowners who meet stormwater reduction requirements may reduce the stormwater part of the utility bill; an approved discount also applies to the Flood Safety District pass-through fee. - Rockwood Water customers: water bill assistance. Rockwood Water PUD's financial assistance program gives qualifying customers a one-time assistance payment of $150 or a $25 discount on each two-month water bill for one year (six bills).
