The water/sewer adjustment must be at least $10 and will not exceed $1,000 for residential customers, once in an 18-month period. Leaks are expected to be repaired within 20 days to be eligible. If the leak affected your sewer charges, you may also apply for a sewer bill adjustment. How: Submit a formal written request with receipts for the repairs.
