Ways to pay less

  • Pay the property tax in full by the November due date. Paying the full year by the due date takes 3% off; paying two-thirds takes 2% off; paying one-third gets no discount. The due date is November 15, moved to the next business day when it falls on a weekend or legal holiday; for 2026, payments are due November 16. How: Pay Clackamas County online, by mail (postmarked on or before the due date) or in person at 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, where a payment drop box is at the front of the building.
