Sewer

Ways to pay less
- Pay your tax bill early for 4% off. The Brevard County Tax Collector gives 4% off for the first 30 days after bills are mailed (about November 1), 3% in December, 2% in January and 1% in February. The same discounts apply to the City stormwater charge on the tax bill. How: Pay within 30 days of the November mailing for the largest discount.
- Leak on your side of the meter: sewer adjustment. If a leak is substantiated by a plumbing repair bill and the water did not enter the sewer, the City adjusts the sewer portion of the bill to your average use for the six months before the leak. One adjustment is given in a twelve-month period. How: Apply to City Customer Service / Utility Billing (321-383-5791) within 60 days after receiving the bill.
