Electricity: Duke Energy Florida
Duke Energy Florida RS-1 rates in force in October 2026 (tariff sheets 6.120–6.121): $14.43 customer charge a month; non-fuel energy charges are higher December through February than March through November and higher above 1,000 kWh. Fuel charges and cost recovery factors (energy conservation, capacity, environmental, asset securitization, storm protection plan) from Rate Schedule BA-1 are added per kWh. The minimum monthly bill is $30.
