Ways to pay less
- Lower your stormwater fee with rain barrels or a rain garden. A reduction in the city's stormwater user fee may apply if the property uses best management practices such as rain barrels, rain gardens or cisterns. An approved reduction shows on the next year's tax bill. How: Send the city's Stormwater User Fee Reduction Application with four color photos, a site map and the $25 fee.
