Residential refuse is $30.60 a month per unit and recycling $8.00 a month per unit from October 1, 2026. The City provides each residence one garbage cart; cart sizes are 35, 65 and 95 gallons. An additional cart costs $60.00 plus $5.00 a month.
Changing your cart
You may request a different size garbage cart once within 12 months of opening the account and once every 24 months after that at no charge; further exchanges cost $60.00. Call the Department of Environmental Services at 386.424.2400 ext. 4007.
