Residential Service (RS-1) rates effective October 2026: $10.52 base charge a month; per-kWh charges are base energy, conservation, capacity, environmental, storm protection and fuel, with higher energy and fuel charges above 1,000 kWh. Accounts in the area previously served by Gulf Power, including Okaloosa County, pay the 2026 Transition Rider Charge of 0.421 cents per kWh instead of the Transition Rider Credit.
