The City of DeBary lists both Duke Energy and Florida Power and Light as electric utilities. Duke Energy Florida RS-1 residential rates effective October 1, 2026: $14.43 customer charge a month; non-fuel energy charges are higher December through February than March through November and higher above 1,000 kWh. Fuel charges and cost recovery factors from Rate Schedule BA-1 are added per kWh. The minimum monthly bill is $30.
