Parker Water & Sanitation District 2026 residential rates per single family equivalent, per month, effective January 1, 2026. Not every Parker home is served by PWSD.

Hardness: Hardness averaged 108 ppm in 2025 (range 34 to 206 ppm).
PFAS: 2025 averages: PFOA 1.2 ppt (up to 4.8) and PFOS 0.4 ppt (up to 1.9).

Sewer

Sewer is on the monthly Parker Water & Sanitation District bill: a $13.82 sewer service fee plus $10.68 per 1,000 gallons, based on your winter quarter average (December, January and February water use) or actual use, whichever is less. Without a winter average, the flow rate is 4,200 gallons: $44.86 plus the $13.82 fee, $58.68 a month.

Ways to pay less

Replace lawn: turf removal discount. PWSD and the South Metro Water Supply Authority offer $750 turf removal discounts to PWSD customers through Resource Central, first come, first served until funds run out for the year. How: Apply on the Resource Central Lawn Replacement website.
