The price is set by the size of your garbage cart and includes two organics carts and a recycling split cart. These are the Town's 2026 maximum rates (a 4.04% increase over 2025). Homes served by the small truck pay more (32 gallons: $68.77 a month).

- Households eligible for PG&E CARE: lower garbage rate. Marin Sanitary Service's low-income rate in San Anselmo is $50.01 a month for a 32-gallon cart instead of $62.51, for households that meet PG&E CARE eligibility requirements (2026 rates).
