Golden State Water Company (Placentia / Yorba Linda system)
Golden State Water Company, Schedule R3-1-R residential metered service: $36.76 a month for a 5/8 x 3/4-inch meter, plus a $0.147 per Ccf surcharge (not applied to customers receiving the CAP credit) and a $0.0060 per Ccf surcharge beginning April 3, 2026.

Sewer
The City's sewer rate schedule lists $0.55 per CCF of water used plus a monthly CIP fee for single-family residential. The City's sewer page says City Council adopted Ordinance O-2025-09 on October 21, 2025, establishing these rates.
Ways to pay less
