Each residential rate covers one each refuse, recycling and green waste cart; the City's rates for July 1, 2026 are monthly.

Call CR&R customer care at (714) 372-8272; the rate schedule lists a $31.48 cart exchange charge.
Ways to pay less
- Free bulky item pickups. Each City of Orange residential account is entitled to four bulky item collections six times a year from CR&R, at no charge: 24 items a year. Place items out on your regular trash day. How: Reserve a collection date with CR&R at (714) 372-8272.
