WM's City of Menifee rates effective July 1, 2026 (approved by the City Council on May 20, 2026). Standard service is a 95-gallon trash cart with weekly recycling and organics; the 64-gallon Low Volume service costs less.

Ways to pay less
- Seniors 60+: smaller trash cart, 9% off. Menifee seniors age 60 plus who are also head of household (name on the bill) can reduce their cart size and save 9% off the monthly bill. How: Call Waste Management Customer Service at 800-423-9986.
- Seniors 60+: one-time $50 trash bill credit. Menifee seniors age 60 plus may apply for a one-time $50 bill credit on their Waste Management account while program funding remains available. How: Call the City's Community Services Department at 951-723-3880.
- Four free bulky item pickups a year. Residents receive 4 free pickups per year of up to 6 items (bulky items and white goods combined), plus 3 free electronic waste pickups as part of bulky item pickup. How: Schedule with Waste Management at home.wm.com/menifee or (800) 423-9986.
