Ways to pay less
- Free bulky item pickups. Residents with curbside cart service get three free bulky item pickups a year, up to ten items each, for furniture, appliances and similar items. How: Call WM at (800) 423-9986 at least 24 hours before your regular collection day.
- Disabled residents: free backyard cart service. WM provides backyard cart service at no additional charge to qualified disabled cart customers; able-bodied customers who choose it pay a $17.32 surcharge. How: Call WM at (800) 423-9986 to see if you qualify.
