Ways to pay less
- Seniors 65+: reduced trash rate. CR&R offers senior discounts to customers 65 years of age or older, and low-income discounts to those who qualify for a low-income exemption from any of the City's utility user taxes. How: Contact CR&R at (877) 944-4716 about billing and discounts.
- Free bulky item and e-waste pickup. Single family customers are entitled to unlimited bulky item pickups, including electronic waste, free of charge. How: Call CR&R at (877) 944-4716 at least 24 hours before your regular collection day.
