City of Antioch single-family rates in the Master Fee Schedule effective July 1, 2026 (Zone I): $29.30 a month for a 5/8" x 3/4" meter, plus $4.71 per HCF for the first 11 HCF and $7.57 per HCF from 12 HCF. Zones II to IV, which include a pumping surcharge, pay more per HCF

Sewer
The City of Antioch charges single-family homes a flat $20.50 a month for sewer, effective with its July 1, 2026 Master Fee Schedule. Delta Diablo's Antioch/Pittsburg residential sewer service charge is $557.48 for 2026-27, and most Delta Diablo customers pay it on the annual property tax bill.
