Southwest Gas Schedule GS-10 (residential), Statement of Rates (Cal. P.U.C. Sheet No. 65): a $5.75 monthly basic service charge plus $2.35304 per therm for baseline quantities and $2.56948 per therm for Tier II use above them. The tariff's baseline daily quantities in therms for the Victorville row are 0.46, 1.45 and 2.11.

Through SCE's CARE program, qualifying households receive 32.5% off their electric bills; you may qualify based on household size and the total income of everyone living in the home.
