Changing your cart
Exchange the standard 90-gallon container for a 60-gallon one through the city's 'Sign up for a smaller container' request; the household must be enrolled in the City's recycling program, which costs nothing extra.
Ways to pay less
- Income at or below 200% of poverty: Project Assist. Project Assist helps people who are having trouble paying for City of Phoenix water, sewer or solid waste services. Customers must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty income level to apply. How: Project Assist is administered by the City of Phoenix Human Services Department.
