Lake Havasu City property tax: where it goes
A Lake Havasu City house pays 0.61% of its taxable value in property tax. For a house at $274,436 of value before exemptions, that's about $1,673 a year.
Tax is levied on assessed valuation, at rates per $100 of assessed valuation; class three property is assessed at ten percent of its full cash value or limited valuation, as applicable, and Arizona taxes the Limited Property Value.
