Flagstaff property tax: where it goes
A Flagstaff house pays 0.68% of its taxable value in property tax. For a house at $366,167 of value before exemptions, that's about $2,489 a year.
Tax is levied on assessed valuation, at rates per $100 of assessed valuation; class three property is assessed at ten percent of its full cash value or limited valuation, as applicable, and the Limited Property Value is used to calculate property taxes.
