Central Arkansas Water outside-city residential: $14.57 availability charge, $1.00 infrastructure investment fee and $0.90 watershed protection fee a month for a 5/8" meter, plus $3.65 per CCF for 1-5 CCF, $4.73 for 6-15 CCF and $5.82 over 15 CCF (1 CCF = 750 gallons).
