Sewer
City of McMinnville residential sewer charges from July 1, 2026: a $25.55 customer service charge per living unit plus a residential volume charge of $6.93 per hundred cubic feet of water. The volume charge uses actual water use in the December to March billing periods and, for the other eight months, the lesser of actual use or the winter average.
