Erlanger property tax: where it goes

A Erlanger house pays 1.555% of its taxable value in property tax. For a house at $209,000 of market value, that's about $3,250 a year.

Tax is levied on fair market assessment set by the Kenton County PVA, taxed per $100 of assessed value.

The state (10.3 cents per $100), Kenton County (11.3 cents), Erlanger-Elsmere Independent Schools (94.5 cents for 2026-27) and City of Erlanger (24.1 cents, fiscal year July 2026 to June 2027) rates are 2026 rates. The health, PDS, library and extension rates are the 2025 rates from the Kenton County PVA's table, because 2026 rates for them were not posted when we checked.
