Ways to pay less
- Senior citizen trash rate. WM's senior citizen discount rate in Moreno Valley is $30.81, against $34.23 for the single family rate (rates effective July 1, 2026). How: Ask Waste Management at 800.423.9986 whether you qualify.
- Free bulky item pickups. Each resident is entitled to one bulky item per week or up to four items per month; more items cost a fee. How: Schedule at home.wm.com/Moreno-Valley at least 48 hours before your regular service day.
- Free Dump Days. WM hosts four Free Dump Days a year at the transfer station, one every quarter. How: Bring items to the transfer station on one of WM's quarterly Free Dump Days.
