Sewer
Most Garden Grove Sanitary District customers pay their sewer charges through the City water bill: a monthly fee made of a base rate plus a usage charge on water use in the lowest-use billing period, up to a maximum billing cap. Some properties outside the City limits that do not receive City water service pay sewer charges on the property tax bill instead. OC San's sewer service fee is an annual charge on the property tax bill.
