Central Arkansas Water (inside-city rates)
Central Arkansas Water inside-city residential, effective for water billed on or after January 1, 2026: $11.23 availability charge, $1.00 infrastructure investment fee and $0.90 watershed protection fee for a 5/8" meter, plus $2.27 per CCF for 1-5 CCF, $2.97 for 6-15 CCF and $3.64 over 15 CCF (1 CCF = 750 gallons).

Sewer
Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, inside city limits, rates effective February 1, 2026: $13.87 service availability charge for a 5/8" meter and $5.15 per 100 cu. ft of water (operations). Residential bills also include a Volumetric Charge for Debt Repayment.
