I ask for your vote to re-elect me to Russellville City Council. Together, we can continue building a stronger, safer, and better Russellville. Positive Growth: We must strive for growth that makes Russellville a great place to live, work, and play. Growth is important, but it must be positive, sensible and affordable. Keep the Good Things Going: Our police force and fire department, public utilities and admistrative professionals provide reliable and valuable service to our community. These are essential services we depend on every day, and we should never take them for granted. Shop Local: I believe our small businesses are the backbone of our community. When we support local businesses, we strengthen our local economy, create opportunities, and keep more of our dollars right here in Russellville. Fiscal Responsibility: Our tax dollars should be carefully budgeted, efficiently spent, and closely monitored. When we’re spending your money, we have a responsibility to make every dollar count. Anything less is simply unacceptable. Transparency: Government should operate in full public view. When citizens are informed about what their government is doing, they’re more likely to stay involved. Availability: Elected officials should be easily accessible. I’m always happy to communicate with you. Fairness: Our Russellville City employees make our City great. When employees are treated fairly it shows that we value the people who serve our community. Experience & Qualifications: After serving on City Council, I understand the challenges our City faces while still bringing a fresh perspective to the decisions ahead. As an Army veteran who has lived and worked in this community for nearly 40 years, I bring experience, education, and a deep commitment to Russellville. I’m retired from Logan Aluminum and hold a Master’s degree from Western Kentucky University. Most importantly, I love this community and care about its future.
